Room Information
Single rooms are expensive and they are often quite small. Globus does not take reservations on a "share basis" because they have found that total strangers rarely enjoy sharing a room for the duration of the tour. Try to avoid paying the single supplement by traveling with a friend. It's less expensive and more fun. If you do pay for a single room, please be aware that hotels are occasionally unable to provide all the single rooms Globus reserves. When this occurs you will be asked to share a room with a tour member of the same sex, and the tour director will issue a refund on the spot.
Triple rooms have a slight reduction in cost. However, they are normally a roll-away bed placed in the room for the third person.

Globus and Cleveland Travel Services highly recommends travel insurance to all our clients who are taking an escorted tour Optional travel insurance provides coverage if you must suddenly cancel your vacation due to serious illness, injury or death of a traveling companion, family member or yourself. For more information please see the section on Globus' Travel Insurance. While these summaries do describe some forms of coverage protection, it is not a policy of insurance. If you elect to receive the optional travel insurance, you "Description of Coverage" brochure detailing the provisions of the master policy will be sent with your travel documents. Travel insurance costs only $55.00 per person for tours up to $1,000.00 and $65.00 per person for tours over $1,000.00.
